When the president did not renew DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), it inspired me to write a song. Last Monday I shared it with my talented friend, Charlie Ortolani at a local open mike. Happily, the camera was rolling so I can share it with you. Let’s meet in the kitchen!

I have finally broken though the barrier of my current events trauma and have written a song just for fun! A year ago I semi-retired and have been enjoying my new freedoms. But I didn’t get that tickly feeling until last month when I finished my part-time assignment. It came out in a new song. Join me in the kitchen and I’ll play it for you!
